Study: Professionals with Disabilities are "Enormous Talent Pool"
A new report sponsored by the US Business Leadership network (USBLN) looks at the experiences of people with disabilities in the US and other countries around the world. The conclusion: employees with disabilities make up an enormous talent pool. In fact, as many as 30 percent of college-educated employees working full-time in white-collar professions in the U.S. have a disability.
The report, titled Disabilities and Inclusion, was published by the Center for talent Innovation and included additional sponsorship by 3M, General Motors, McKesson, Merck, Microsoft, and the Walgreens Boots Alliance.
