Job Coaching Rates Latest Proposal

Please see the latest message from Acacia-McGuire Anderson regarding the job coaching rates being discussed: "Thank you to everyone who has submitted some data so far regarding the original assumptions in the Burns model, as well as data for direct coaching time.  At this point, we will be sending out spreadsheets to every provider organization (you may have already received this, if not, hang tight, one is coming) to make sure our data on direct contact time is as accurate as possible.  Please complete and return to Howard ASAP.

We have also taken the data and feedback we have gotten so far and based on that, updated the model.  Attached is a DRAFT (very draft) update to the rates that we were able to generate based on the preliminary data we have gotten back.  Please remember, we will have to work with Burns on any proposed changes and will also need to take this to CMS for approval.  Therefore, consider this to be very preliminary.  We are still collecting data from providers, and will continue to adjust/update as we are able.  The hope is that this will give us a starting point for the conversation."
