Model Release and Referral to Undergo November Trial 

Following participation by a diverse group of agency representatives and providers, the Model Release and Referral Workgroup will release two new forms for trials for two as yet undetermined counties in November. 
The goal of the workgroup was to simplify the authorization process for release of information and to give individuals more control over the information they release. If successful, the trial will put more information at the fingertips of employment providers, employment teams, and VR counselors (or at least give them some hints about what's available and where to look.
