A little about ourselves

We are the professional membership association that brings a united and assertive voice to the legislature, the government and state ODDS (Oregon Developmental Disability Services) on behalf of individuals with disabilities and community providers of services. ORA membership is represented at the
Oregon Legislature through its lobbyist, Dalton Advocacy.

Along with bringing new and innovative solutions to ongoing problems, ORA is also the bridge between the old and the new. The world is changing more rapidly than ever before and this impacts our industry; as change occurs ORA provides the soft and hard reminders of what has to be done. We provide hope and we celebrate successes; our goal is to be a positive force in promoting community providers in their efforts to assure inclusion and a meaningful life for individuals with disabilities.
